REGISTRATION
Interested in joining us for a summer of fun?

We kindly invite all families and prospective campers to submit an application form found below. The application is extensive and covers medical, contact, and behavioural information for each camper. You can choose to download and complete the form online or print the document, fill by hand and send by email to the address provided. All applications, once received by the camp team, will be stored securely and reviewed by the Camp Director. After review, the Camp Director will reach out to the family or caregiver. If your camper is deemed eligible for camp, you will be invited to set up an intake interview to gather additional information and determine suitability of the program for the child. No payment will be received until registration has been confirmed.

Please remember that our program is unique and does not cover all disability or behavioural support needs. Once we have received the child’s registration form, and completed an intake call, we will be able to determine suitability for the program.
