What personal information do you collect about me?

We collect the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Postal Code
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Payment card number
  • Payment card expiry date
  • Purchase history
  • Child’s date of Birth/Age
  • Child’s gender
  • Child’s health/medical information

When you visit our web site, we also collect:

  • information about your computer, including your IP address, the type of operating system and browser you use, and your computer’s location
  • what pages you visit on our site and what links you click on

This information is stored as anonymous aggregate data

How do you use this information?

The main reasons we collect personal information from you are:

  • Event or program application forms
  • To complete a financial transaction
  • Child care

If it’s a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another company. For example: during the course of registering or purchasing from the website your information may be shared with a financial institution to process the order. In the event of a medical emergency, a child’s medical information will be shared with the relevant medical professionals, assuming appropriate parental permission has been received. Information may also be shared with LDAO counselors, and information may be visible to Web/IT support personnel with appropriate security clearance.
